It's a raver reference... I'm not a raver really, but I love raves and there's a lot of inspiration to pull out of those things... ^_^

I put the background together out of different images and messed with them a bit, so yes and no... ^_^

The main part is the building to the left side. That alone looks like a advanced effect of water coloring were you paint the apply water to the object to give it a more dispersed effect to the color. It looks really good. I was supprised to see the background more then anything else.... Man, i am tore up. MUCH LOVE~!
